Wholesale Qualifications
Please read our Wholesale Policy below, to see if you might qualify, before you proceed to the inquiry form.
Wholesale Policy:
- Wholesale pricing is only available to business;
- Bulk opening orders are $100.00 minimum;
- Reorders must be for a minimum $50.00
- Payment to be made via Credit Card
- 48-72 hours lead time (increases during holidays)
- "Rush Orders" are processed immediately with $20 or 10% Rush Fee (whichever is greater)
- Shipping provided via UPS or FedEx (or pick up from Phoenix office with advance notice)
- We will fax or send our Qualification Form when opening an account.
